  • Prior to that, Andrea was for a decade a Partner at Poli e Associati, one of the oldest Italian Corporate Finance boutiques.  The company, based in Milan and principally engaged in financial structuring, M&A and capital markets, has historically assisted some of the most important families in Italy and their family companies
  • In the first part of his career, Andrea worked as a Consultant at McKinsey in Milan and at Citibank in London and Milan
  • He has a degree in Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and an MBA from Yale School of Management in New Haven, CT (Class of 1999)
  • He is an Italian Chartered Accountant
